Many of our clients have experienced trouble with toner spilling in their HP 4600 color printers. This often occurs because of incorrect paper handling settings that can be adjusted in the control panel. If the printer doesn't know that you are printing to an 8.5 x 11 size paper, it may 'drop' additional toner onto the page, causing excess toner to gather in your printer.
