Cartridge Print Quality Issues |

Whenever you are having print quality issues on your laser printer, the best 'first step' in evaluating the problem is to replace the toner cartridge. If the problem persists, after you have replaced the cartridge, you have either a printer problem or an issue with the paper stock that you are utilizing. If the quality issue goes away, you have likely identified that there was a problem with your original cartridge. Make sure it's not empty and simply in need of replacement, prior to contacting your sales representative.
